01General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jed baj platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "your") and the entity operating jed baj ("we", "our", "jed baj").

By accessing jed baj's website, mobile application or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and other specific policies. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between the user and jed baj.

02Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account on jed baj and use any of its services, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of or for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You may not create a new account if any previous jed baj account of yours has been suspended or closed.

jed baj may request documents for age or identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

03Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Only

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time. Any changes to your information must be reported to jed baj without delay.

3.3 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. These must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jed baj may at any time verify identity documents, address and payment documents based on the information required. Verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal. If the required documents are not provided, account activity may be suspended.

04Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods on jed baj are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500. Funds are generally transferred within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved.

4.3 Account Currency

All transactions on jed baj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Users may only transact using payment accounts registered in their own name — payments through third parties are not accepted.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, jed baj reserves the right to temporarily hold it for review. If evidence of fraudulent or money-laundering activity is found, the associated account will be closed and relevant authorities may be notified.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly rewards, weekend offers and special occasion bonuses each carry their own specific terms. Each bonus may be claimed only once and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• One bonus cannot be claimed while another is active, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• If evidence of intentional abuse or misuse of bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• jed baj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Bonus funds are not considered free cash — the wagering requirement must be met before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

06Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game and betting results on jed baj are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant game provider or sports event. If a game or betting round is incomplete due to a technical error, jed baj will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable game rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final. Specific rules apply to live betting after a match has started. If any event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, subject to conditions.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

6.4 Disconnection

jed baj is not liable for internet disconnection during a game. However, we maintain the highest technical standards to ensure a stable gaming experience.

07Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jed baj platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating or bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or handling funds from illegal sources through the account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical advantages dishonestly.
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
• Betting consortiums or coordinated betting strategies that harm the platform.
• Disrespectful behaviour or harassment towards jed baj staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, jed baj may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Information may be shared with law enforcement agencies if necessary.

jed baj provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes every effort to ensure technical reliability. However, jed baj is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues.
• Technical problems on the part of third-party game providers.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government restrictions.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own decisions.

jed baj's total liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12Changes to Terms and Legal Provisions

12.1 Changes to Terms
